Job Description

Marathon Staffing is  seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional to support compliance programs through drug testing, case documentation, and court coordination activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work in structured, compliance-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform direct observation urine specimen collections and operate testing analyzers following established procedures
  • Accurately document, interpret, and report test results
  • Maintain chain-of-custody records and complete required paperwork
  • Clean, maintain, and monitor testing equipment and supplies
  • Update case management systems and maintain compliance records
  • Communicate noncompliance issues in a timely manner
  • Provide written and verbal reports and testify in court when required
  • Work in various settings including courthouses, detention facilities, and field locations
  • Maintain professional relationships 

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work in a legal/court environment
  • Ability to maintain flexible scheduling, including court appearances and travel between sites
  • Must comply with all court policies and maintain confidentiality

Additional Expectations

  • Must maintain required certifications/licensing 
  • Business attire required
  • Prompt communication regarding scheduling and availability is required

Compensation & Work Conditions

  • Some travel between assigned sites may be required
