Licensed Vocational Nurse (Mid Level Nursing)

Job Description

Meets the experience and requirements of a Licensed Vocational Nurse, and also prepares and administers vaccines, educates and supervises informed consent process for immunization efforts related to COVID vaccines and vaccine catchup on pediatric & adult schedule where those vaccines were deferred or delayed because of COVID pandemic. Supervises clerical staff and maintains temperature logs and vaccine custody chain. Other duties as assigned.
