Registered Nurse

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Marathon Staffing is hiring a Registered Nurse to join a supportive healthcare team. If you’re compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

  • Provide direct patient care and support across assigned shifts
  • Monitor patient condition and report changes to the care team
  • Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
  • Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to ensure quality care

What we’re looking for

  • Active RN license in Texas
  • Preferences: experience with IDD population, ICF or HSC group homes.
  • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Commitment to patient safety and respectful care
