Job Description

Marathon is looking for immediate CNC Mill Operators to start ASAP!

Earn $22–$30 per Hour | CNC Mill Operator – 2nd Shift

Due to rapid growth, Marathon is hiring an experienced CNC Mill Operator for 2nd shift. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with weekly pay and day-one benefits.

Training will take place on 1st shift, then you’ll transition to 2nd shift once training is complete.

Job Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines for drilling, grinding, milling, and related tasks

  • Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings

  • Translate instructions into CNC programs and machine commands

  • Load raw materials and parts into machines

  • Perform test runs to ensure parts meet specifications

  • Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments

  • Inspect and measure finished products for accuracy and quality

  • Perform daily machine checks and basic maintenance

  • Run full production cycles to fabricate high-volume parts

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a CNC Mill Operator

  • Strong machining background

  • Knowledge of CNC programming and simulation software

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
