Now Hiring: Experienced Maintenance Mechanic I
Location: Steel/Iron Warehouse – Newnan, GA

Maintenance Mechanic I

We are hiring a Maintenance Mechanic I to help with preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and facility upkeep under the supervision of the Maintenance team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 1+ year of maintenance or machine repair experience
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, control systems, and welding
  • Understanding of safety procedures and hazardous materials
  • Must be 18+ and able to pass a drug test

Skills

  • Read blueprints and technical diagrams
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Use hand tools and precision tools
  • Follow instructions and work safely

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities
  • Assist with machinery, tool, forklift, and system repairs
  • Maintain records and order parts as needed
  • Keep work areas clean and follow safety guidelines
