Machine Operator – Hartselle, AL

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Set up machines and adjust settings as needed for production requirements
  • Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Load raw materials and remove completed products from equipment
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance concerns
  • Maintain accurate production records and follow work instructions
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift materials as needed, and perform repetitive tasks
