Job Description

Warehouse Laborer (Safety-Focused Operations)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-driven Warehouse Laborer to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, safely handling materials, and operating equipment in varying conditions. The ideal candidate values safety, teamwork, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Safely stock and move freight within the facility
  • Operate hand tools (e.g., hammers, chisels, grinders) to remove debris and assist with material handling
  • Work safely with products, tools, and equipment in outdoor and indoor elements
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
  • Willingness to properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Experience operating or willingness to learn:
    • Forklift
    • Pallet jack
    • Grinder and standard hand tools
  • Basic math skills (counting, addition, and calculating area such as length × width)
  • Ability to safely handle and apply water-based form oil using proper equipment
  • Strong attention to safety and detail

Work Environment

  • Combination of indoor and outdoor work environments
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions and physical labor demands

Hiring Process
