Job Description

Marathon Staffing, a premier special event staffing company, is currently seeking qualified and experienced Bilingual Drug & Alcohol Evaluators to join our team.

Job Summary:
The Bilingual Evaluator is responsible for conducting drug and alcohol assessments, gathering and analyzing client information, and preparing accurate, compliant evaluation reports. This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform one-on-one client interviews in both English and Spanish
  • Collect, assess, and analyze all relevant data
  • Prepare detailed, accurate written reports in compliance with required standards
  • Compile and organize evaluation packets for submission
  • Submit completed evaluations in a timely manner, adhering to strict deadlines 
  • Attend court sessions and meeting
  • Utilize Microsoft Office programs

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), or a qualifying degree that permits substance abuse evaluations
  • Must maintain all required licenses and/or certifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Experience using diagnostic tools such as DSM-5
  • Ability to pass a background check (no misdemeanors or felonies)
  • Ability to pass a drug screening (zero-tolerance policy)
  • Flexible availability, including the ability to accept last-minute assignments


Pay for this position is $150.00 per completed evaluation
