Job Details

Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift – Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components and subassemblies according to specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions
  • Accurately pick parts and materials for assembly orders
  • Use hand tools and power tools to complete assemblies
  • Perform in-process quality checks to ensure product standards are met
  • Assist leads and supervisors with training team members
  • Support warehouse and quality operations as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company procedures, rules, and safety regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • ERP system experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn

Physical Requirements
  • Regular standing, walking, bending, stooping, and squatting
  • Frequent use of hands for tools, equipment, and computer tasks
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms and communicate effectively
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds

Additional Requirements
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check
