Join Our Team as an Overnight Stocker – Detroit Lakes, MN

Marathon Staffing is hiring Overnight Stockers to join a welcoming and inclusive team. If you’re dependable, motivated, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to get started—no experience required.

In this role, you’ll help keep the store organized and ready for customers by stocking shelves, zoning products, and maintaining overall cleanliness. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy overnight shifts and take pride in keeping things neat and well-stocked.

What You’ll Do:

  • Stock shelves and replenish inventory overnight
  • Organize products and maintain store presentation (zoning)
  • Keep work areas clean and safe
  • Perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, reaching, and standing throughout your shift (up to 30 lbs regularly)
