Job Description

Job Summary:
The Staff Setup Associate is responsible for assisting with event, facility, or production setups. This includes preparing areas according to specifications, organizing materials, and ensuring all setups are completed safely and on time. Temporary position starting on 10/30 10:00am- 2:00pm with a 4hour minimum. 

Key Job Duties:

  • Set up and break down equipment, furniture, and materials as required for events, meetings, or daily operations

  • Move, lift, and arrange tables, chairs, displays, and other items according to layout plans

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of setup areas and storage rooms

  • Assist with inventory of setup supplies and report any damaged or missing equipment

  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs regularly

  • Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

  • Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
