1st Shift - Retail Merchandise Associate (MSDL)

Job Description

NOW HIRING – APPAREL RETAIL ASSOCIATES!

Location: Iron Mountain, MN
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Immediate Openings – Start ASAP!

Marathon is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Apparel Retail Associates! If you enjoy staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and helping customers, we'd love to hear from you!

Position Responsibilities:

  • Replace traditional paper price tags with digital tags.
  • Load, unload, and move merchandise safely and efficiently.
  • Receive and unload deliveries from trucks.
  • Sort and organize merchandise in the backroom.
  • Stock shelves and replenish store displays.
  • Pick, pack, and fulfill online customer orders.
  • Assist customers and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail, warehouse, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to pass a basic background check and drug screening (THC-friendly).

Schedule Options:

  • Sunday – Thursday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
