As a Traffic Control employee, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our roads safe, protecting work crews, and ensuring the smooth flow of traffic through construction zones and work areas. If you take pride in teamwork, safety, and getting the job done right, we want YOU on our team!

 What You’ll Do

  • Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices, including cones, signs, barricades, and flagging equipment.

  • Direct traffic safely through work zones using approved hand signals, flags, and traffic control procedures.

  • Help protect construction crews, pedestrians, motorists, and the surrounding community.

  • Work alongside a team that values communication, collaboration, and looking out for one another.

  • Stay alert, follow safety procedures, and help maintain a safe and organized work environment.
