Residential Maintenance Technician II

Location: Dallas, TX

Marathon Staffing is hiring a Residential Maintenance Technician II to support residential property maintenance and help keep homes in great condition. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering reliable service, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

  • Perform residential maintenance and repair tasks as assigned
  • Assist with troubleshooting and basic diagnostics for common issues
  • Complete repairs in a timely, safe, and professional manner
  • Maintain tools and follow established maintenance procedures
  • Support a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety guidelines

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in residential maintenance or a related trade
  • Comfort working independently and completing assigned tasks
