Facilities Technician

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.24–$21.70 per hour, based on experience
Pay Frequency: Weekly

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
Inspect buildings, equipment, and work areas for maintenance or safety issues
Troubleshoot and address basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility-related problems
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
Assist with repairs, installations, and facility improvement projects
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Replace light fixtures, filters, hardware, and other maintenance-related items as needed
Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner
Assist with moving equipment, furniture, and supplies when necessary
Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and OSHA guidelines
Perform other general facilities and maintenance duties as assigned

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license
Previous facilities, maintenance, or related experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to use basic hand and power tools
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
Must pass a drug screen
Must pass a background check
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
