Retail Associate – Immediate Openings

Location: Baxter, MN
Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Start: Immediate

We are seeking reliable and motivated candidates for Retail Associate positions in Baxter, MN!

In this hands-on role, you’ll help support daily store operations by unloading and stocking merchandise, fulfilling online customer orders, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and providing excellent customer service both inside and outside the store.

Key Responsibilities

Replace paper tags with digital tags
Load, unload, and safely move products
Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and transport products to the appropriate areas
Sort and organize merchandise in the backroom
Stock shelves and replenish displays
Pick and pack products to fulfill online customer orders
Assist customers as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous retail, warehouse, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. repeatedly
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Must be able to pass a basic background check and drug test (THC-friendly)
