Job Description

Forklift Operator – Wood Processing

Are you an experienced Forklift Operator ready for a fast-paced industrial environment? Join our wood processing team and help move lumber, timber, and finished wood products throughout the plant and outdoor yard.

What You’ll Do:

  • Safely move, load, unload, and stack lumber and wood products
  • Support production, shipping, and receiving operations
  • Organize yard inventory and maintain accurate loads
  • Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs
  • Follow OSHA and all plant safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of sit-down industrial forklift experience
  • Experience handling lumber or oversized loads is a plus
  • Comfortable working around sawdust, loud machinery, and outdoor conditions
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
