Job Description

Marathon Staffing is looking for motivated and reliable candidates 1st Shift, Panner Operator positions with our manufacturing client in Cambridge, MA. Come take part in this growing industry!!!

Job Duties:
• Operate panner to apply coating to candy product
• Opening raw materials
• Measure and add flavoring as needed / required
• Empty panner onto trays
• Lift, carry and move 30lbs candy trays to racks for cooling
• Ensure all product meets quality standards

Requirements:
• Repetitive heavy lifting up required
• Previous Machine Operation strongly preferred
• Good oral communication and written skills
• Able to follow / complete department and production procedures
• Background check and drug testing required

Pay: $22.00 / hr

Schedule:

• 1st Shift hours generally run 5am – 1:30pm, Monday – Friday with some Saturdays required
