Job Description
 Marathon Staffing is seeking candidates for temporary, Industrial Painting positions available immediately in Orlando, FL!!!

Position expected to last two or three weeks; longer, temp to hire positions may be available for reliable, hard-working candidates.

Painters are responsible for preparing fabricated product for shipment by applying exterior coatings, repairing interior linings, and packaging for shipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify items using markings on pipe in conjunction with order paperwork
Repair damage to interior linings caused by fabrication process (10%)
Prepare product to receive exterior coating by removing surface contaminants including loose rust, oil, grease, etc.
Mix and apply exterior coating to product
Package and palletize items for shipment

Position Requirements:

Ability to follow measurements, use a tape measure and apply measurements exactly
Good math skills
Ability to follow product order needs
Prior Painting experience, preferred (6 mo - 1 yr)

Hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.  OT may be requested.

Pay rate is $17.11 per hour.
