Community Manager - Delano Part time

Job Description

Marathon Staffing is immediately seeking a skilled, reliable and experienced Property Manager for our Client in the Delano, CA area.

Schedule:

  • Monday: 8am-5pm
  • Wednesday: 8am-12pm
  • Friday: 8am-5pm

The applicant should be comfortable managing on-site, be comfortable on the phone, have a strong work ethic, focused, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, team oriented environment.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge of property management including but not limited to posting notices and enforcing regulations within California and Local laws
  • General knowledge of computer software and internet

Education, Certifications, and Experience

  • Minimum of 1-year Assistant Property Management experience
  • Affordable Housing experience

Interpersonal and Communication Skills

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and drive to provide superior customer service to all parties
  • Team player with strong work ethic, pro-active orientation, who can anticipate needs, and highly accountable, with a mature and positive attitude
