Property Manager

Job Description

Marathon Staffing is immediately seeking a skilled, reliable and experienced Property Manager for our Client in the Placerville area.

The applicant should be comfortable managing on-site, be comfortable on the phone, have a strong work ethic, focused, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, team oriented environment.

Job Duties

  • Enforce the rental agreement, collect monthly rents, security deposits, late charges, etc.
  • Show and rent apartments; Prepare tenancy agreements and income certification forms.
  • Prepare move-in and move-outs inspection reports.
  • Maintain inventory of all property supplies.
  • Supervise all maintenance work orders.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge of property management including but not limited to posting notices and enforcing regulations within California and Local laws
  • General knowledge of computer software and internet

Interpersonal and Communication Skills

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and drive to provide superior customer service to all parties
  • Team player with strong work ethic, pro-active orientation, who can anticipate needs, and highly accountable, with a mature and positive attitude
