Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Marathon Staffing is seeking an experienced and independent Maintenance Technician in Placerville, CA. This is an immediate hire!

This position requires our employee to safely and properly perform general and routine maintenance on apartments and offices.

Qualified Candidates will:

  • Perform Preventive maintenance (plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting)
  • Have general knowledge of hand tools
  • Be Well organized, with the ability to multi-task
  • Have time management capability
  • Follow safe work procedures
  • Respond to maintenance emergencies in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all maintenance equipment is properly functioning.
