HR Assistant

Job Description

Hiring Immediately for HR Assistant in Greenville, SC

Job Details:

Flexible hours within M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM

Paying $13.50 per hour.

Qualified candidate will:

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Operate with discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Be comfortable with multitasking and pay attention to detail.

Skills

  • Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
