Job Description

Logistic Administrator

We are now seeking a Logistic Administrator for a well-known area company that is experiencing growth.  New employees will be trained by knowledgeable supervisors on various tasks.

Qualified Candidates will:

•           Input invoices into driver production sheet to start driver payroll process

•           Create Purchase Orders & code to the appropriate cost account

•           Process vendor bills in intranet system, scan, and upload for approval

•           Check driver logs and update OSHA hours

•           Assist with DOT Compliance, ELD monitoring, Verizon Reveal & Work-Flow Systems

Requirements

•           Proficient in Excel

•           Proficient in Outlook

•           Experience with computers

Schedule:  Mon – Fri. 8:30am - 5:00pm

Pay rate: $15.00 per hour.
