1st Shift Machine operator/General labor
Job Description
Marathon Staffing and a global leading lumber company located off I-35 in Schertz, TX are NOW HIRING!
We are looking for reliable associates who enjoy working OVERTIME, experience in construction, lumber, machine operating is preferred.
Available Shift:
1st Shift: Monday through Friday – 6:00am to 3:30pm , Saturdays are half days, depending on work volume.
Pay ranges from $11.5 to $12.5/ hr depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
*Work in an OUTSIDE Environment
*Move and secure lumber products and other materials.
*Band, bundle and secure materials properly.
*Operates and feeds the machine in a safe and efficient manner, and according to established procedures
*Trainable on lumber Machinery.
*Building products and Nail Gun Experience Preferred!
*Perform other duties as required.
*Completes pre-shift/startup equipment inspection checklist and reports any problems or concerns.
