Job Description
Marathon is a growing workforce solutions provider with over twenty offices nationwide offering employees amazing flexibility in exploring new opportunities, learning new skills through on the job training, and peace of mind working with a team with over 30 years of experience.

We are now seeking an Landscapers and General Labors for a well-known area Landscape company located in Marlboro, MA. New employees will be trained by knowledgeable supervisors on various tasks.

• Clean, safe work environment with a team focused on production and improvement.

Typical work hours will be from 7:00 am until Finish. Monday through Friday with Occasional Saturdays based on weather permitting. May offer year round work to the right candidate.


Duties will include but not limited to:
• Maintain mowing and lawn care
• weed whacking, leave blowing, plant maintenance
• Spring and Fall clean ups
• some masonry work
• Plowing or shoveling in the winter


Requirements

• Great customer service a must
• Experience with landscape a plus but willing to train
• Must be reliable
• Must have a drivers license

Pay rate: Negotiable based on experience
