Office Admin & Personal Assist

Job Description
Professional Landscaping Company is searching for an Office Admin& Personal Assistant of Owner.

Typical work hours will be from 8:00 am until 5:00pm (Flexible hours considered) Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays and nights and weekends based on weather permitting. May offer year round work to the right candidate.

Duties will include but not limited to:

Handle all inquires by phone
Schedule appointments
Enter client information
Ordering of materials
Filing
Processing mail
Maintain cleanly office environment

Qualifications and Skills

Microsoft office experience
Experience with high volume calls
Great customer service a must
Experience with landscape company a plus
Previous office experience a plus, willing to train

Pay rate between $12-$15
